We stand by the quality of our candles. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or is just not the right scent for your sanctuary, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges

· We’re here to help!
An item can be exchanged provided that it was not used, opened, altered, tampered with or touched in a manner that it cannot be used by another client anymore. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Send us an email at [support@solacescentedspaces.com] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Kindly note that Solace doesn’t provide a pick up or return for exchanged items.
· Return Shipping: To return an undamaged item, please ship it back to us in its original packaging within 5 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.
· For Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives broken or has any other defects (like a wick that won’t stay lit), please contact us immediately.
Solace candles cannot be returned for a refund. However we are happy to exchange them for an item of similar or greater value subject to availability within 5 days of the original purchase.

Final Flickers to Note:

· Gifted Items: We are happy to exchange gifted items for a different scent or for store credit, provided they are returned in new, unused condition.
· Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom, personalized, or corporate gift orders.
