Q: What makes Solace Candles different?

Our candles are meticulously crafted with a focus on intention and wellness. We use a premium, slow-burning coconut-soy wax blend, 100% natural essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. Each scent is designed not just to smell beautiful, but to evoke a specific feeling of peace, comfort, and solace.

We use a clean-burning, renewable blend of coconut and soy wax. This blend holds fragrance beautifully, provides a clean burn with minimal soot, and is easier to clean up than paraffin wax.
Yes! All our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use any animal-derived products like beeswax or stearic acid, and we never test on animals.
We use lead-free, braided cotton wicks that are designed to provide a consistent, even burn and a clean, full melt pool.
Burn time varies by candle size. Our standard [9 oz] candle has an average burn time of [50-60] hours. Always refer to the specific product listing for detailed burn time information.

📜 Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used candles or if you simply don’t like the scent.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within delivery of your order. Please make sure to send us photos of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

❤️ Candle Care & Safety

Q: What's the best way to burn my candle?

For an optimal experience:

· First Burn: Allow the candle to burn until the entire top layer of wax is liquid, reaching the edges of the container. This prevents “tunneling” and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle. This may take 2-4 hours.
· Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch to ensure a clean, steady flame and prevent sooting.
· Burn Time: Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
· Safety First: Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Tunneling (when wax remains around the edges) usually happens if the first burn wasn’t long enough to create a full melt pool. To fix it, you can gently wrap the top of the candle in aluminum foil, leaving a small opening over the wick. Burn it until the trapped wax melts evenly. Then, let it cool and pour off the excess wax. Always ensure a full melt pool on subsequent burns.
For safety, stop burning your candle when there is approximately ½ inch of wax remaining at the bottom. The glass can become too hot if burned all the way down.
We love that! Once your candle is finished, pour boiling water into the jar to melt the remaining wax. The wax will float to the top. Once cooled, you can pop it out and clean the jar with soap and water. Our jars are perfect for planters, pen holders, or storing small trinkets or even re-filling it with our wax again!
